Remote Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining quality systems for janitorial operations within GMP-regulated environments. This role ensures compliance with ISO standards, drives continuous improvement, and leads a team committed to delivering high-quality sanitation services in highly regulated spaces.

Remote with travel

Key Responsibilities :

• Education & Certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (preferred)
• GMP training certification (required)
• Six Sigma or Lean certification (a plus)
• Minimum 5 years of QA experience in GMP-regulated environments (pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors)
• Proven experience managing janitorial or sanitation services in cleanroom or controlled environments
• Demonstrated success implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 systems
• Experience conducting internal audits and managing CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
