- Assist in the development of customer service procedures and policies to improve customer experience.

- Identify common customer issues and provide feedback to management for service improvements.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.Proven experience in customer service or a related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.Proficiency in using customer service software and tools, including CRM systems.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
