A company is looking for a Support Analyst to provide expert-level technical support for Digital Solutions applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead resolution of complex application incidents and perform root cause analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance digital platforms
Monitor systems for stability and manage alert notifications while participating in shift and on-call rotations
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting enterprise-level applications in an advanced support capacity
Advanced experience with multi-tier on-premise or cloud-based architectures
Deep understanding of IT service delivery principles, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management
Strong experience with Linux
US Citizenship and eligibility for U.S. Government Security Clearance
