Join Us as a Senior NetSuite Administrator

We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior NetSuite Administrator to take charge of the configuration, maintenance, and governance of our enterprise financial system. This position is crucial for the stabilization, enhancement, and long-term scalability of NetSuite in a rapidly expanding multi-entity environment.

You will collaborate closely with Finance, IT, Security, and external vendors to optimize our NetSuite platform for accuracy, compliance, and performance. This high-impact role offers visibility across Finance leadership, Audit, and Program Management.

Your Responsibilities

Manage daily NetSuite configurations, including custom fields, records, workflows, approval routing, user roles, and scripts.

Revise legacy customizations and streamline processes according to best practices.

Oversee sandbox governance, configuration migration, and release testing.

Implement approved enhancements and manage configuration updates to minimize legacy script dependency.

Ensure compliance with audit requirements while supporting multi-entity operations.

Oversee sandbox refreshes and configuration migrations.

Coordinate with third-party vendors during upgrade cycles or issue escalations.

Support & Issue Resolution

Diagnose posting failures, approval delays, and integration errors across modules (RevShare, FX, JE automation).

Partner with stakeholders to determine root causes and implement lasting solutions.

Act as Tier 2 / Tier 3 support for Finance and Operations users.

Address recurring issues by identifying and recommending enduring fixes.

Access Management

Establish and maintain role-based access controls in collaboration with HCM and Omada.

Audit admin privileges and streamline roles as needed.

Support onboarding and offboarding workflows, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.

Reporting & Compliance

Assist in preparing system-generated reports for audits.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of configuration changes and approval processes.

Ensure system compliance with SOX, GAAP, and internal ITGC standards.

Coordinate user access and deprovisioning in partnership with Omada, HCM, and IT Security.

Audit and refine admin-created roles and permissions.

Collaborative Engagement

Collaborate with Finance, IT Systems, Audit, and vendors on roadmap execution.

Engage in project governance, discovery sessions, and UAT support for enhancements.

Align NetSuite configurations with platforms like Coupa, HighRadius, Snowflake, among others.

A Typical Day

Monitor and troubleshoot NetSuite system issues and integrations with third-party tools.

Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and RevOps teams to address system difficulties and clarify requirements.

Manage user roles and access in conjunction with IT Security.

Create saved searches, dashboards, workflows, and reports to support financial processes and compliance.

Investigate and rectify inconsistencies in financial data.

Participate in stand-ups and cross-functional meetings about system enhancements and UAT support.

Document changes and enhancements to maintain transparency and compliance.

Partner with vendors for system optimization initiatives.

Seek opportunities for automation and reliability through NetSuite tools.

Requirements for Success

7+ years experience managing NetSuite ERP in fast-paced, multi-entity settings.

Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules, including GL, AR / AP, reporting, and approvals.

Experience with saved searches and SuiteFlow, with a working knowledge of SuiteScript.

Familiarity with financial audits and SOX compliance frameworks.

Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with IPO preparation or SOX implementation.

NetSuite Administrator Certification.

Experience with integrations involving Snowflake, Coupa, or HighRadius.

Background in healthcare data, SaaS, or multi-entity organizations.

The estimated total cash compensation for this role is between $152,000 and $190,000 USD. We prioritize your safety and may require post-offer health screenings and proof of vaccinations.
