Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls from members and providers regarding claims status, benefits, and eligibility
Maintain department established performance metrics at a meets or exceeds expectations level

Required Qualifications
1+ years of customer service experience
Experience in a metric-based environment
Proficiency with the full suite of Microsoft Applications
Comfortable utilizing search engines
High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience
