Saint Luke’s Employee Healthis seekinga Medical Office Specialist to join our team. You willwork to ensure patient confidentiality in all instances,whilemaintaininga pleasant and professional appearance and conduct.

Shift Details: Monday- Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Answersthe telephone

• Communicatesmessages through email or Epic

• Greets,registers,andschedulespatient appointments

• Collectspatient copayments

• Makesappointment reminder calls

• Verifiesinsurance and other patient data isaccurate

• Scansand/or uploadspatient information topatientselectronic chart

We are seeking individuals whoare able toprovide backup for other positions and functions in the medical office including:medical records,scheduling,insurance verification,patient referrals,etc. and the ability to float between multiple locations as assigned.
