Mission

In this position, the cashier manager supervises and coordinates a team of 3 to 7 cashiers each week. He / she is responsible for managing the teams, ensuring that transactions are accurately recorded and processed in accordance with the partner brand's specifications, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth flow of large numbers of visitors. In this capacity, he / she acts as a true ambassador for the Arlettie brand.

Your main responsibilities will include :

Liaison with the Account Management team :

  • Oversee the weekly integration of prices into the POS system and the creation of price tags in the showroom, based on information provided by the Account Managers.
  • Coordinate with Account Managers on commercial operations and sales performance.
  • Relay client feedback to the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities.

Team management :

  • Train and upskill assigned cash desk staff.
  • Supervise the team, organize workflow, communicate procedures, and highlight specific requirements from partner brands.
  • Lead weekly team meetings to present cash desk procedures, share commercial updates during events, and communicate daily sales targets.
  • Play an active and operational role in collecting payments from our customers.
  • Cash desk organization and supervision :

  • Oversee client reception and information, ensuring smooth operations across all payment methods, exchanges, and purchases processed by the staff.
  • Optimize the customer checkout experience : manage queues and cashier breaks according to customer traffic.
  • Handle client relations and manage complaints when necessary.
  • Liaison with the Finance Department :

  • Perform daily cash counts and reconciliations between reported sales and actual transactions for each cash desk.
  • Identify and justify any discrepancies.
  • Manage cash floats.
  • Profil

    Smiling, dynamic, reliable, and responsible, you possess strong interpersonal skills and a genuine sense of sales and client service. You are confident in team management and leadership.

    You have at least 2 years of successful experience in a similar role within the fashion and luxury sector, ideally in large retail spaces with high customer traffic (outlet stores and / or mass-market stores).

    Welcoming and attentive, you demonstrate diplomacy and adaptability. Perseverance, patience, and resilience are essential assets for success in this position.

    Our activity requires strong stress management and the ability to follow procedures and processes.

    You are proficient with IT tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
