Our client, a leader in the FinTech and SaaS industry, is looking to hire a Partnership Strategy Program Manager. This role will be hybrid onsite 3x per week in New York, NY.
As a Partnership Strategy Program Manager , you will lead the d esign, execution, and optimization of large-scale partner-facing initiatives within a unified global partner program. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape program architecture, enable operational excellence, and ensure a seamless experience for partners through every stage of the lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Lead strategy and operational design for scaling complex partner-facing initiatives, including affiliate programs, tiering and benefits, onboarding, and enablement
- Define program architecture, business rules, KPIs, and governance models in partnership with product, finance, and GTM operations
- Drive adoption strategies that promote partner engagement, enablement, and sustained participation across all phases of the unified program rollout
- Oversee end-to-end planning and execution for new program features, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders
- Build business requirements documentation, rollout plans, and sequencing logic for program launches
- Collaborate with cross-functional PRM, CRM, and Billing teams to build scalable workflows and enable real-time visibility into partner activity
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field10+ years of experience in partner program strategy, GTM operations, channel strategy, or business model designProven success in driving strategy, execution, and scaling across partner programs and / or ecosystem monetizationStrong understanding of Affiliate / Referral, Revenue Share, and Reseller commercial modelsExperience leading multi-stream partner program rollouts and large-scale change management effortsDesired Skills & Experience
