Director, Strategic Partnerships

Impiricus is seeking a motivated and driven Director, Strategic Partnerships to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and helping expand our presence with pharmaceutical manufacturers and healthtech partners. You'll receive mentorship from experienced professionals and dedicated training to help you succeed.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong sales experience who is eager to accelerate their career in the pharmaceutical and healthtech space while contributing directly to Impiricus's mission of transforming how the industry connects with physicians.

Responsibilities

  • Support Revenue Growth : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory. Partner with senior team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and Grow Accounts : Build and strengthen long-term relationships with pharmaceutical and healthtech clients. Actively participate in calls, meetings, and presentations to expand client portfolios.
  • Drive Strategic Selling : Research client needs and uncover opportunities where Impiricus's platform and solutions deliver value.
  • Contribute to Client Management : Assist in managing day-to-day relationships with clients and agency partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Prepare and Deliver Presentations : Support the development of sales and pitch presentations. Over time, lead client-facing meetings and leverage data to tell compelling stories.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years in sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally within healthcare, pharma, or digital media.
  • Learning Mindset : Strong desire to grow knowledge and skills through mentorship, training, and hands-on experience.
  • Relationship Builder : Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients and collaborate across internal teams.
  • Problem-Solver : Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Self-Starter : Motivated, "go-getter" attitude with a track record of taking initiative and ownership.
  • Digital Savvy : Familiarity with digital marketing, media channels, and analytics.
