Senior ERM Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior ERM Analyst (Operational Risk).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end risk events management program, ensuring timely reporting and corrective action tracking

Partner with other functions to ensure effective escalation and communication of risk events

Compile, validate, and report operational risk trends, metrics, and key risk indicators

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field

3-5 years of experience in risk management, governance, compliance, or related roles

Experience using GRC tools and governance platforms

Strong business sense and analytical skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing deadlines
