Senior Accountant SEC Reporting - Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements, SEC filings, and related disclosures.
• Research and analyze complex accounting and SEC reporting issues, including GAAP and regulatory guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to address accounting questions and support audit processes.
• Assist with the implementation of new or revised accounting standards, SEC reporting requirements, and related process improvements.
• Support management with board reports, financial presentations, and other reporting needs.
• Prepare reporting packages and supporting documentation for external reporting and SEC disclosures.
• Assist with journal entries and ad-hoc projects related to financial reporting.
• Recommend and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency in financial reporting.
