Mallory Alexander International Logistics, a global third-party logistics company (3PL) headquartered in Memphis, TN has an immediate opening for a Logistics Professional to join our team!

In this role, the Account Specialist will be responsible for processing, tracking, and recording payments in an accurate and timely manner. You will play a key part in maintaining smooth financial operations and supporting strong relationships with our vendors and partners.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process employee expense reports and ensure proper GL coding, project or cost center allocation, and posting to the correct accounting period.
• Schedule approved reimbursements via payroll or accounts payable system
• Maintain up-to-date records of expense reports and payments for audit and reporting purposes
• Process payments via check, wire transfer, ACH, and credit card transactions
• Review and verify invoices and payment requests for proper documentation and approval
• Perform data entry of invoices and maintain accurate general ledger records
• Reconcile credit card statements and bank accounts
• Obtain required signatures and prepare checks for disbursement
• Communicate with vendors to resolve billing issues or discrepancies
• Support the AP team with other duties during peak periods or as assigned
