Labib Funk + Associates (LFA) is a Consulting Engineering Firm that has been providing Structural, Shoring, Civil, and EBM Services.
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to 2 Managing Principals.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support (Primarily CEO, with Partner Support as Needed) :
- Manage and maintain the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
- Track personal appointments and events for the CEO.
- Provide administrative support to the partner as required.
- Project Management (CEO and Partner) :
- Oversee and track renovation / construction projects for the CEO's and Partner’s investment properties (apartment buildings, etc.).
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project completion.
- Manage and organize project-related documentation and budgets.
Requirements :
Experience : 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, demonstrating a solid understanding of EA responsibilities.Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred5-10 years of experience in an administrative role5-10 years of experience in a property management roleThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, located in El Segundo, CA.
