Job Description

Manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to streamline workflows. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times. Oversee quality control to ensure that all work meets project specifications and client expectations. Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with inspectors to address any issues. Monitor material delivery and inventory to avoid delays in project schedules. Resolve on-site challenges promptly to maintain project momentum. Prepare and submit daily progress reports to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Commercial Ground Up should have :

• 5+ years of field experience in commercial, healthcare, or life science building and construction, with a proven track record leading large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, safety standards, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience.
