Materials Management Supply Chain Specialist

Schedule : Full time, 8 hour shift, Mon-Fri

Hospital : Ascension, Saint Thomas Midtown

Location : Nashville, TN

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations for supply and inventory control. Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve inventory issues / problems.
• Perform audit and logistical duties for supply and inventory control.
• Responsible for inventory storeroom levels and financial variance.
• Execute product conversions within the enterprise resource planning system. Maintain item attributes in the ERP system.
• Support distribution and daily supply operations to ensure no disruptions occur that will negatively impact patient care.
• Ensure stock expiration is minimized with adherence to stock rotation guidelines and best practices.
