Job descriptionDraft, file, and manage legal documents including complaints, answers, motions, and discovery Conduct legal research and prepare memorandums and case summaries Investigate facts, gather evidence, and prepare exhibits for trial Assist attorneys with trial preparation, organize trial binders, and support during hearings and trials Maintain case files, track deadlines, and ensure timely task completion Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (Bachelor’s preferred) Paralegal certification (NALA, NFPA) preferred Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills Case management software (e.g., Clio, PracticePanther) Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) e-Filing systems for court submissions Prior courtroom or trial experience in personal injury cases Familiarity with Texas court filing procedures Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced legal environment

Compensation & Schedule
- $55,000–$70,000 BOE
- Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
- Start Date : Immediate upon completion of onboarding
