Position Overview :We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our elite legal team in Dallas. This role is ideal for a proactive legal professional with a deep understanding of Texas civil procedure and a passion for supporting high-stakes personal injury litigation. You will work closely with attorneys in all phases of case development—from intake through trial—and will play a critical role in maintaining the firm’s tradition of excellence.
Key Responsibilities :Draft and manage legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and trial exhibitsCoordinate and manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and court filings (state and federal)Assist attorneys with deposition and trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing trial notebooksFacilitate communication with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counselConduct fact investigation, summarize medical records, and prepare chronologiesEnsure all case milestones and court deadlines are met with precision and professionalismQualifications :Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a strong preference for personal injury experienceIn-depth knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and local court rulesProficient in case management software and legal research toolsExceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detailStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a commitment to client serviceAbility to thrive in a high-performance, deadline-driven environmentWhat We Offer :Work in a high-end, modern office space designed for focus and collaborationJoin a nationally recognized firm with a winning record and a powerful missionCompetitive compensation, including performance-based incentivesComprehensive support from attorneys, legal assistants, and operations staffOpportunities for professional growth and continued legal educationTo Apply :Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit a resume & an immediate interview via Zoom will be scheduled.
