The Strategic Engagement Lead Global Capability Center Setup & Management Service Line (GCC), focuses on crafting client-centric solutions, driving sales efforts and leveraging strategic relationships to secure complex deals. Prioritizing competitive market trends and operational excellence to ensure sustained business expansion for the GCC Service Line, empowering Organizations to Seamlessly Establish and Operate GCCs that produces value to their enterprise.
Responsibilities
Lead sales efforts and proposal development by gathering intelligence, assessing and creating transformational solutions for client presentations and persuasive proposals.
Design integrated client-centric solutions that seamlessly blend technology with business.
Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with high-value clients and strategic partners.
Lead comprehensive business development activities aligned to regional and business goals as defined by the GCC Service line.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify and leverage emerging opportunities.
Lead go-to-market strategy, scan the industry value chain identify business development opportunities to deliver client value.
Collaborate cross-functionally and with enterprise-wide business development communities leveraging solutions and capabilities to pull together artifacts to solve business needs.
Experience Required
Experience with digital transformation
Experience with mergers & acquisitions (M&A)
Experience with multi-tower and multi-service line environments
Proven experience as a business development lead
Experience in business analysis
Experience with profit and loss (P&L) management

The annual salary for this position is between $135,000 - $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
