Sales Manager In-Home Sales Team

To support our continued expansion, we're seeking a results-driven Selling Sales Manager to lead our In-Home Sales Team.
Role Summary :
As a Selling Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of revenue growthleading a team of In-Home Sales Representatives while also engaging directly in the sales process. This dual-role position combines strategic leadership with active fieldwork, training, and sales support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and evaluate appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team
- Accompany sales reps on in-home appointments for training and performance support
- Assist in live sales calls and help close deals when necessary
- Track team metrics and drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Conduct cancel-save appointments to recover at-risk opportunities
- Partner with the Rehash Manager to follow up and close unresolved leads
- Lead ongoing training and development sessions for the sales team
- Establish and communicate clear sales goals aligned with company objectives
Qualifications :
5+ years of proven success in in-home sales, preferably in the 1-Day Bathroom Remodeling sectorMinimum of 2 years in a leadership or sales management positionStrong ability to coach, motivate, and lead high-performing sales teamsExceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsProficient with technologyiPad presentations, CRM systems, and digital contractsReady to lead a team with strong momentum and even greater potential?
