Care Unlimited Health Services seeks a license vocational nurse (LVN) to work as an integral part of our Home Healthcare team.
In this role, he / she will provide direct and continuous skilled nursing care to the patient according to the medical plan of treatment and nursing care plan.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess good assessment skills and also have an empathetic personality
Basic documentation with computer skills, must have the ability to travel to the patient’s home
Current California State LVN Licensure, CPR Certificate, Negative TB Test Result Documentation
Responsibilities
Provide nursing shift care in accordance with the written plan of treatment and orders
Document in accordance with Care Unlimited guidelines and established time frames
Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms and behavior
Overnight Lvn Needed In Monrovia 1 Patient Only $28.00-30.00hr
