This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility and the ability to work from any location Monday through Friday 8am-5pm (CST preferably). Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related discipline, 58 years of experience in technology sourcing or procurement with a focus on vendor relations and contract management, familiarity with compliance regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA, strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities, and experience with sourcing platforms such as Ariba or Coupa.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with the company's business objectives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include designing and executing sourcing plans that support the company's technology roadmap and strategic objectives, performing vendor landscape assessments to identify optimal technology providers and solutions, partnering with IT teams to define requirements and build sourcing roadmaps, building and sustaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, leading negotiations for service agreements and contracts, monitoring supplier performance and ensuring adherence to contractual terms, overseeing the full lifecycle of technology contracts, ensuring adherence to data protection and compliance frameworks, working closely with legal and compliance teams to validate contract language and risk exposure, managing sourcing events including RFIs, RFPs, and vendor selection processes, maintaining organized records of sourcing activities, contracts, and savings documentation, coordinating with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payment processing, digitally archiving contract documents and sourcing records, serving as a strategic advisor to IT leadership, project teams, and end-users on sourcing matters, and providing updates and insights on sourcing progress and vendor performance.
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
