• Create and refine Pega-based applications to meet project deadlines.
• Diagnose issues, enhance functionality, and present demos to key stakeholders.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback into ongoing improvements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure sprints are productive and on schedule.
