Key Responsibilities :
Manage all aspects of personal injury litigation, including Labor Law, slip-and-fall, and motor vehicle accident claimsEvaluate case merits and develop case strategyProvide guidance, updates, and counsel to clientsEnsure timely action and movement on all assigned mattersReview case facts to determine insurance coverage, liability, damages, and necessary medical careDraft pleadings, motions, and other legal documentsNegotiate settlements at every stage of a caseConduct legal research and perform detailed legal analysisHandle administrative and practice-management tasks as requiredAppear for court dates, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials across all New York countiesMaintain professionalism while managing multiple deadlines simultaneouslyRequired Qualifications :
Minimum five (5) years of experience as a plaintiff-side personal injury attorneyStrong understanding of New York personal injury and negligence lawExperience with legal drafting, motions, and discoveryStrong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to build rapport with clients and communicate clearlyExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesActive New York Bar admission in good standingBenefits :
