Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree

Must have Automotive plant experience. Recent. Real. Proven.

Broad-based supply chain brainpower — purchasing, logistics, ERP, scheduling, the works.

A leader. Not a babysitter. You’ve got the communication chops to push suppliers, guide employees, and calm executives.

Results-first mindset . You measure by shipments on time and costs down.

ERP / software fluency. You know your way around the digital side of materials, not just the warehouse floor.

A Communicator who is skilled at all levels of customers, suppliers, and employees.
