About this position :

• Candidates must be Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Physician will provide regular clinical support via telemedicine modalities phone, email, video chat)
• Patient volume of approximately 12 per day
• Expected full patient panel of 600 to 650

Our ideal candidate will be a compassionate collaborator who is focused on delivering the highest quality of individualized care to a limited panel of patients.

Excellent communication skills, and 1-3 years of experience in a Primary Care practice is preferred. Previous experience in a fee-based health care membership program is a plus.
