Job descriptionOverseeing the entire operations of the warehouse, including communication with local stores Supervision of team : hiring, training, mentoring, development Ensure safety protocols and systems are in place and practiced, including state, local and federal regulations Ensure all orders are met by company standards, including freshness, packing, etc Understanding of warehouse operations, including logistics Previous experience with food-related retail, including perishables Knowledge of safety protocols, regulations, and food-safety standards Strong communication skills, including within the company as well as outside the company Strong leadership skills : ability to multi-task within a multi-unit company
