Tennessee Licensed Care Manager

A company is looking for a Care Manager for the Suicide Prevention Program.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with outreach, engagement, and continuous support for members

Develop and coordinate community resources to address various needs

Assess risk, perform crisis interventions, and ensure safety through tailored safety plans

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health discipline

Master's degree in a related field is preferred

At least 2 years of experience in a related role, preferably with at-risk adolescents and young adults

Crisis intervention training or similar certification is required

Knowledge of local resources and issues related to mental health and substance abuse
