Monitor, review, and report the status of marketing plans and projects to management.

Build brand awareness with Realtors, businesses, major employers, relocation companies, and other potential business affiliates in the area to establish a grassroots marketing system.

Manage new community / model setup.

Oversee MLS activities.

Conduct new hire sales office orientations.

Provide HubSpot training to new hires Analyze current market conditions, customer research, and competitor information to make suggestions for increasing market capture for existing and new communities.

Monitor and manage the division Sales Teams' CRM performance.

Intercept leads from websites such as Realtor.com and other syndicated sites.

Qualifications : Track record of success in a similar position Strong knowledge of sales techniques Experience with and understanding of processes of the production homebuilding industry Project a positive image of the company Behave in a professional manner and project a professional image Act with the appropriate tact, personal integrity, and open-mindedness A willingness to learn and grow Strong verbal and written communication skills Adaptable to varying audiences Outstanding organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through ability At Brightland Homes, LTD.
