Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of the increased demand from our client base, we are seeking highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.

We specialize in life insurance to protect families with average income and health. We have many requests for insurance through our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.

How we get paid :

This is a commissions-only role. Our commission schedule is designed to help you start earning quickly — you could be paid within a week of writing your first policy. The average sale nationwide is $1,000 in annual premium, with some associates earning $600 from just one sale.

Training and Growth Opportunities

We provide comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts to help you sell policies quickly. Our goal is to help you make money! If you're interested in growing an agency, we can support you in achieving that within months.
