Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient therapy services to adults, adolescents, and / or children. This role is ideal for a motivated professional seeking flexible hours in a supportive, collaborative environment without the administrative burden of traditional employment. Both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available, with flexible scheduling to accommodate a range of hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and / or group therapy sessions
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, intake evaluations, and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with local, state, and federal requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated care
• Participate in clinical supervision (if required) and team meetings as needed
• Support clients in achieving measurable treatment goals
