Our client, a prominent Boston-based firm, is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join its thriving practice. Ideally, the firm is hoping to add a Contract Partner (no book of business required) to the team. The corporate practice is middle-market focused, providing outside general counsel services, M&A, venture capital, and private equity across a broad range of industries.
