Join Nxt Property Management as the Maintenance Supervisor at Lehi Tech Apartments ! We're looking for a hands-on, motivated leader who can oversee daily maintenance operations, support a strong technician team, and ensure our residents enjoy a safe, clean, and high-quality living environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support a team of Maintenance Technicians
- Complete and oversee repairs for buildings, amenities, and common areas
- Perform daily property walks to identify maintenance needs
- Handle light groundskeeping and ensure curb appeal
- Respond to work orders efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction
