A healthcare network in Connecticut is currently seeking a new, licensed Cardiologist to join their growing team as their new Cardiologist. About the Opportunity : Schedule : Monday to Friday - 1 week / month December - March, ongoing Hours : 8am to 4 : 30pm Call : No callbacks - 24 hour call Number of Rooms : 10 Exam rooms (with potential for 2 additional) Office Staff : 1 F / T RN (2 filling this position), 6 MA's, 1 Medical Secretary, 1 Scheduling Support person Responsibilities : The Cardiologist will treat the following conditions / procedures (high volume of congestive heart failure, atrial fibrillation, coronary artery disease and tachycardia, but see all coronary conditions) : HTN Palpitations CHF CAD Hyperlipidemia Bradycardia / Tachycardia / elevated heart rates Syncope / dizziness / LOC Atrial Fibrillation Atrial Flutter Arrhythmia TEE's Cardioversion's Stress Tests Echocardiograms Qualifications : Licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut Board Eligible / Certified Active DEA registration MD or DO
