Full Time Position (Salary Plus Bonus)

Alpharetta, GA (Onsite)

Primary job functions include :

• Quoting renewals with efficiency and accuracy based on market availability and according to department service standards and company compliance, while meeting set income goal amount annually.
• Review and resolve all quote submissions within 48 hours, and endorsements within ten business days.
• Managing renewals 30 days prior to policy expiration adhering to the renewal service standard guidelines and maintaining minimum renewal retention goals
• Handling contract binding renewals; Providing accurate and timely reporting of all renewal generation activity. Diligently checking endorsements and other policy documents for accuracy.
• Review dwelling inspection reports for approval, where necessary, send and follow up with repair recommendation letters to meet eligibility requirements and state regulations.
