As the Director of Architecture, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential design build projects.

You'll be the driving force behind creating innovative and functional designs that exceed client expectations. From concept to completion, you'll lead a team of talented architects, ensuring that projects are executed flawlessly.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support throughout the design build process.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into innovative architectural designs.
• Oversee the creation and development of architectural plans, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, implementing best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Essential Job Functions :

• Demonstrate proficiency in architectural software to produce detailed drawings and models
• Multi-task effectively, balancing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Leverage your organizational skills to maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contractors, engineers, and interior designers, to ensure seamless project execution.

Skills :

• 10 years experience design / build residential construciton
• A degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
• Possession of an architecture license is highly preferred.
• Exceptional design and conceptualization skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in architectural software, such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
