What YOU Do :
The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales team in efforts to enhance customer interactions, drive loyalty and increase retention, You will act as an initial point of contact to customers, schedule consultations for the sales team, assist with general product inquiries, troubleshoot and gather feedback, This role will also provide feedback to management and make recommendations for service enhancements or improvements,
