Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced administrative tasks including communications, expense reports, and travel arrangements
Coordinate closely with the Hiring Manager on commitments and responsibilities
Conduct research, compile data, and maintain confidential corporate files and records
Required Qualifications
B.A. or B.S. degree or 5-7 years of proven administrative support experience
Strong experience with Internet-based software and social media platforms
Proficiency in Office 365 applications including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to manage special projects and monitor progress
Experience in maintaining organized corporate files and records
