Spa receptionist at Kimpton Scottsdale is responsible for the guest arrival, departure, and ensures that the guest has an overall excellent experience at the Spa.

Responsibilities include :

• Answering multi-line telephone system, screening and directing calls in accordance with Highgate Standards.
• Taking and relaying messages.
• Greeting persons entering the organization.
• Directing guests to the correct destination.
• Providing general administrative and clerical support.
• Typing, filing, and faxing.
• Notifying proper personnel of overnight deliveries.
• Maintaining conference room calendars.
• Maintaining the company extension list.
• Tidying and maintaining the reception area and conference rooms.
• Being proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
