General Accountabilities
- Compiles list of prospective clients to contact for additional business.
- Contacts and qualifies prospective clients and explain features and merits of policies offered, helping protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that will meet their needs.
- Calls on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, to suggest additions or changes in insurance policies.
- Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage and / or cross-sell products that close gaps in coverage.
- Develops and focuses on long-term relationships with clients to maintain open communications for future sales opportunities.
- Builds business and personal network to foster agency growth.

Job Qualifications
- Education : a high school diploma (required), college degree (preferred)
- Experience : A previous role where candidate successfully developed and demonstrated the skills listed below (required).
Appropriate certifications and / or licensures with 1-3 years of related experience (preferred)
