Job descriptionNovember : 12–14, 17–21, 24–26 December : 22–24, 29–31 Full-time Monday–Friday coverage from January–April 2026 Shift : 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM Contract Type : Locum Tenens (Full-Time, Ongoing Through April 2026) Diagnose and treat work-related injuries and illnesses Perform new hire and surveillance physicals Conduct urine drug tests (UDTs) and workplace screenings Provide minor injury management and urgent walk-in care Communicate with safety personnel, HR, and leadership teams regarding employee care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic standards Active and unrestricted Indiana Nurse Practitioner License DEA and DOT certification not required Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Urgent Care, Primary Care, or Occupational Medicine Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills Must be available for all scheduled coverage dates (RTO after January 2026 acceptable) Consistent Monday–Friday schedule (6a–2p) Low patient volume (5–8 per day) Supportive and professional industrial health environment Competitive weekly pay with direct deposit Rhino Medical credentialing, scheduling, and logistics handled start-to-finish Continuously learn and grow by adapting to various clinical environments, enhancing your skill set and versatility. On-Site Industrial Clinic | Monday–Friday Day Shift | Contract November 2025 – April 2026
Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for an on-site Occupational Medicine assignment in Middlebury, Indiana .
