Return Associate
Under the leadership of the Assistant General Manager, Operations (AGMO), the Return Associate is responsible for facilitating returns sent to the store for processing and supporting the daily operations of our specialized work groups.
Who You Are :
- You have strong interpersonal skills, and are customer service orientated
- Have the ability to lift cartons, handle racks and carts of merchandise. Lifting of up to 15 pounds may be required
- Must have knowledge of POS and strong computer skills, i.e. Google, MS Office, and adapt to changing technology
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team oriented environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision

Daily functions including but not limited to following :Opening / Closing of digital return register
Maintain a neat and organized environmentFollow protocols on policy and procedures for; processing returns, adjustments, and assisting in reconciling reportsEnsure product is secured to standardMaintain integrity of product, by ensuring all .com returns are separated, organized and secure.Resolve customer issues both internal and externalMay also support other related Specialized Operations functions such as but no limited to : Cash Reconciliation, Gift Card Events, Jewelry Operations etcCollaboration between multi-work streams such as :Ensure when return is completed that the return printout is attached to each item
Communicate with Merchandise Operations Team, Asset Protection team & Assistant General Manager of OperationsCommunication :Follow up on necessary reporting, and escalates potential issues for resolution

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
