Job Summary
The Manager of Ambulatory Midwifery at Denver Health will be a master's prepared advanced practice nurse or Nurse-Midwife from an accredited school of nursing with a demonstrated reputation of excellence in clinical care. The Manager of Ambulatory Midwifery will have demonstrated or willingness to undergo training in leadership skills, hospital operations and performance metrics, and skilled in teaching and mentoring other providers and students. The Manager of Ambulatory Midwifery, under the direct supervision and guidance of the Director of Midwifery, will be responsible for outpatient strategic planning, care delivery, professional performance, regulatory compliance, quality of care and unit culture for the Pavilion C OB / GYN, Westside and Eastside Clinics, including providing direct leadership and supervision for the team leads of those clinics and designated CNMs and APPs.

Work Experience :
1-3 years as an advanced practice provider in the outpatient setting, including some experience with high-risk obstetric patients, gynecology and family planning. Prescriptive authority.
