Phlebotomist

Job Description

Join a patient-first hospital laboratory team as a Phlebotomist . You'll perform high-quality specimen collections (venipuncture and capillary) and provide clear collection instructions while maintaining strict privacy and safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws for patients of all ages
• Provide patient instructions for urine and culture collections
• Positively identify patients; label and handle specimens to SOP / CLIA standards
• Prioritize and route specimens; support timely transport to the lab
• Document accurately in the LIS / EMR; uphold HIPAA at all times
• Deliver compassionate, efficient service in a fast-paced clinical setting
