Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Payroll Coordinator II to join our dynamic team. The role involves supporting payroll specialists, managing payroll inquiries, and executing payroll processes for a multi-company, multi-state environment. The successful candidate will handle a variety of tasks, including data entry, check issuance, and timecard corrections using ADP systems.

Essential Skills

2-3+ years of payroll experience, including payroll administration or processing.

Experience with multi-state payroll, preferably including the most nuanced regions such as California.

Proficiency in ADP systems, with WFN preferred, but Vantage acceptable.

Experience with timekeeping software such as Ukg / Kronos.

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role with in-office work required from Tuesday to Thursday. The team enjoys a fun and engaging atmosphere with big personalities and frequent celebrations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Portland, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00 / hr.
