Qualified candidates will possess a strong customer service perspective, a self-starter attitude, and previous experience in the logistics and / or supply chain industry.

This position is working 100% onsite in the Charlotte, NC office.
Successful candidates must pass a criminal background check and drug screen at the time of offer.
Responsibilities :
- Manage daily shipping activities and ensure a successful shipping lifecycle
- Research and resolve delivery delays and discrepancies
- Take part in client meetings as needed
- Maintain an open line of communication with additional departments
- Assist with the training of new Customer Service employees
- Prioritize tasks in order of importance and deadlines
- Audit internal system transactions for accuracy
- Travel as necessary
- Provide back-up support to co-workers as needed
Qualifications / Background Profile :
- High School diploma, college degree preferred
- Excellent customer service, organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
- Previous logistics / shipping / transportation experience required
- Working knowledge of shipping logistics, documentation, regulations, and terminology
- Excellent phone presence
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions, priorities, and volume of work.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
