As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a vibrant retail location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible to both visitors and staff. Your role is key in providing outstanding customer service and maintaining open communication with the public. Pay Rate : $25.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Thur 10 : 00 AM - 03 : 30 PM

Sun 11 : 00 AM - 07 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies within the retail or mall environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting in maintaining a secure atmosphere for guests and employees.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activities or incidents to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives as directed.

Support access control measures by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and assisting with crowd management as needed.

Assist with emergency response activities such as evacuations and / or medical incidents by following established protocols and procedures.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of security-related activities, incidents, and daily operations for review by Allied Universal and client management.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
