Key Responsibilities
Follow up with customers to resolve issues and provide timely feedback
Utilize tools to analyze problems and assist customers in troubleshooting
Document and track customer-reported issues to ensure timely resolution
Required Qualifications
Understanding of basic SQL queries and Java programming logic
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic network troubleshooting
Experience with electrical control systems and safety procedures
Familiarity with PLC / Networking communication protocols
Ability to train customers and develop training manuals / SOPs
