Job description

We are seeking a skilled Product Integrity Engineer with 8+ years of experience in apparel quality, production, or product development . The ideal candidate will have strong project management manufacturing partner collaboration , and data-driven decision-making skills. Knowledge of apparel construction is required.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor a team of apparel quality engineers to align with business objectives.
  • Oversee non-conformance investigations and implement Apparel Product Integrity procedures
  • Deliver quantitative and qualitative feedback to stakeholders for quality improvements
  • Develop metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reports for actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including product, design, manufacturing, and marketplace operations.
  • Drive issue management strategy , root cause analysis, and corrective action plans
  • Support continuous improvement and uphold quality standards across the supply chain.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in apparel quality, production, or product development
  • Experience with international manufacturing partners
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Smartsheets, JIRA, or Asana
  • Knowledge of apparel construction
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Six Sigma or Lean certification.
  • PMP, CSEP, or Supply Chain certifications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication adaptability , and continuous improvement mindset
