Job description
A company is looking for a Director of Industrial Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize throughput, quality, cost, and service
Own the enterprise KPI framework and operational governance model
Partner with Finance and Site Operations to identify margin expansion opportunities
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing
Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-wide improvement initiatives
Deep experience with KPI frameworks and performance reporting systems
Strong financial acumen related to operational performance
Advanced knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and CI methodologies (certifications preferred)
