WHAT YOU’LL DO :
Lead a team of product managers focused on delivering best-in-class retirement solutions.Set product strategy and ensure roadmaps align with customer needs and company goals.Drive end-to-end execution, from discovery and prioritization to development and launch.Partner closely with sales, operations, compliance, service, and marketing to ensure cohesive product delivery.Oversee product governance, backlog management, and performance tracking.Develop and review business cases, product briefs, and market analyses to support strategic initiatives.Mentor and coach product managers to grow their skills and maximize their impact.Stay ahead of trends in ERISA regulations, plan design, competitor offerings, and advisor tools.Represent the retirement product line in executive discussions and strategic planning.Support team growth through hiring, onboarding, and performance management.WHAT YOU’LL BRING :
Bachelor’s degree required; Preferred : MBA or certifications like AIPMM, Pragmatic Institute, Series 65, etc.7–10+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading people.A track record of building and scaling financial services or fintech products—especially those with complex regulatory requirements.Strong grasp of product management frameworks, agile practices, and product lifecycle management.Confident in setting vision, strategy, and execution plans across multiple initiatives.Experience developing business cases and understanding basic financial modeling (e.g., income statements).Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills.Knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA, and advisor tools is a strong plus.APPLY TODAY!
